I always wanted to be a writer. I wrote constantly as a child, didn’t keep any of it, grew up, wrote nothing, and now I am here.
The advice from everyone is to “write what you know,” however there wasn’t a follow up to folks that don’t know anything. I would fall into the later category.
Maybe it’s not that I don’t know anything, but I don’t know anything interesting? Not everyone can have an exciting life. It would be too much. My example of exciting would be watching the clear night sky on a nice sandy beach. For others, it could range from a football game to vehicle manslaughter.
I am rusty when it comes to typing, writing, talking, forming a sentence, and making a haiku.
I just stared at the above sentence while I was picking my nose with a lot of enthusiasm.
Oh well. I was born too early and now I can’t leave. I might as well just write about it.
